This issue has now been resolved. Thank you for your patience.
There is currently an issue when paying to a PayID using the Border Bank App. We’re working with 3rd parties to get this resolved as soon as possible.
You are still able to transfer funds using an account number and BSB through Border Bank app, or you can login to Internet Banking to make a payment to a PayID.
