Changes to Privacy Policy

There has been a change to the Border Bank Privacy Policy effective Friday 29 April 2016.

The changes include:

  • Renaming of the Privacy Policy page from “Privacy Policy for APPS & Credit Reporting” to “Privacy Policy”.
  • Adding a statement outlining that we may contact you to assist you to complete online applications if you have started and not submitted. Personal information provided in these applications is destroyed after 30 days.
  • Marketing Opt Out information and methods to do so if you do not want to be contacted by us.
