Goldrate Standard Terms & Conditions
1. Minimum loan amount is $50,000. Existing Police Bank borrowers must borrow minimum $50,000 additional funds to be eligible. Investment real estate lending is limited to purchase or refinance to a maximum Loan Value Ratio (LVR) of 80%.
2. The comparison rate is based on a loan of $150,000 over a 25 year term. WARNING: This comparison rate is true only for the examples given and may not include all fees and charges. Different terms, fees or other loan amounts might result in a different comparison rate.

3. To be eligible for this offer you need to apply for one owner occupied home loan and one investment loan; either by applying for a new loan or refinancing from another lender or combination thereof. Both loans need to be applied for between 21/1/19 – 31/8/19 within 3 months of each other. Both loans need to be funded within 3 months of application date. Minimum combined loan amount of the two loans is $250,000. Bonus offer of $1,500 is limited to one set of two properties (one owner occupied and one investment property). $1500 will be credited to S1 account within 1 month of settlement of second loan. This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer, bonus or discount and can be withdrawn at any time. This offer is not available for refinancing of existing Police Bank Home Loans.
