Police Bank today announced the appointment of Clare Mazzetti as an independent, Board appointed Non-Executive Director to the Police Bank Board.
Ms Mazzetti has more than 15 years’ experience in financial services with Australian and International businesses with experience in strategy and planning, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, project management and process optimisation for organisations including, AMP Ltd and Macquarie Bank. Currently Ms Mazzetti is an independent management consultant with recent work focused on strategy development, process development and project delivery, amongst others for businesses in the energy and wealth management sectors.
Ms Mazzetti has held a number of broader industry roles as both a Board director and Board advisor in Health, Agriculture and representative bodies including the Australian Shareholders Association, Agriculture Management Company and Australian Medical Association Foundation (QLD).
Police Bank Chairman David Walton said Ms Mazzetti would be a valuable addition to the Board bringing experience and diversity of thought to the table.

Among her credentials, Ms Mazzetti is a Fellow of FINSIA and a Graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Her appointment commences March 27, 2017 and takes the number of Directors on the Police Bank Board to nine.
