The Board of Police Bank has today announced a change to the membership of the Board with the appointment of new Director, Sharon Waterhouse.
Sharon has extensive experience in the health and financial services industry across a diverse range of senior executive and non-executive director roles. Currently, Sharon is CEO for Phoenix Health Fund, as well as an elected Director for Members Health Fund Alliance and Members Own Health Fund. Until last year Sharon was a board appointed and then an elected Director with My Credit Union for 6 years and Chaired the Governance and the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.

Her broad experience in executive positions across Member owned organisations will bring a fresh perspective while maintaining our Member focused culture”.

Among her credentials, Ms. Waterhouse is a Fellow of Financial Services Institute of Australia, a Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a Member of Governance Institute.
Her appointment commenced on 26 September 2019.
