Temporary changes to the EFTPOS deposit service in Bank@Post

During a recent review of deposits via EFTPOS through the Bank@Post service, Australia Post identified a potential issue.

As a result, the ability to perform in-store Bank@Post deposits via EFTPOS has been temporarily suspended from 27 July 2017 whilst an update to this service is identified and applied.

Deposits can still be processed using cash and cheques. Post Office staff will be able to help Members during this time when the deposit via EFTPOS service will be unavailable.
