What will you be doing?

You will be part of a high performing team that strives to deliver outstanding results. This is a fundamental role for the bank; you will be accountable for the successful delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the Project Management Framework.

You will manage projects over the project lifecycle including project initiation, planning, procurement, delivery and closure. You will also be required to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders during high levels of change, including establishing and maintaining appropriate meeting cadence.

Additionally you will manage all post-delivery project needs including confirming project close with key stakeholders; preparing invoices; debriefs and creating rebound opportunities; and assuring client satisfaction.

What will make you successful in this role?

Exposure to FinTech products is a definite advantage. You have knowledge and skills in the areas of current core banking systems and technologies, payments, card management systems, and mobile and internet banking.

You are a team player, passionate about providing superior results, have a high-level attention to detail, demonstrated successful experience in a similar role and an understanding of agile and modern project methodologies

You will also have a demonstrated willingness to embrace organisational change including use of modern technology and an ability to analyse and problem solve in the context of change and continuous improvement.
