“Autopay” allows you to have all or part of your salary automatically deposited to your Border Bank account. For greater convenience, you can split your pay as you choose. For instance, Autopay could first make your loan repayment, then have a regular savings deposited to a special purpose account, and finally the balance deposited to your Easy Access Account for your day-to-day use.

Direct Debits

You can arrange for other organisations to debit money directly from your account for payments that may fall due e.g. health insurance, car insurance, loan payments etc.

To stop or alter a direct debit, you must provide either written instructions, phone us or visit a Branch. We will require full details of the direct debit at least (3) business days before the next payment is to be made. Written instruction can be by using the Cancellation of Direct Debit / Recurring Payments Form, letter, fax or email.

Periodical Payments

With Periodical Payments, you can arrange to have your regular amounts such as loans, paid automatically when they fall due.

Please note when arranging any of the above services you will need to quote Border Bank’s BSB number, 815-267.
