We’ve made some changes to selected new business Home Loan interest rates, effective Thursday, 10 September 2026.
Here’s a summary of what’s changing.
What’s changing?
Home Loans
Effective from September 10, 2026, interest rates on selected new business home loan products will decrease as follows:
First Home Loan
- 3 Year Fixed Rates for Owner Occupied Principal and Interest lending with an LVR^ greater than 80% and up to 98% will decrease by 0.30% p.a.
- 3 Year Fixed Rates for Owner Occupied Interest Only lending with an LVR^ greater than 80% and up to 98% will decrease by 0.30% p.a.
- No changes will apply to existing loans or current applications.

^LVR stands for loan-to-value ratio. LVR is the amount of your loan compared to the Bank’s valuation of your property offered to secure your loan expressed as a percentage.
