With a Border Bank Visa Debit Card, you can access funds in your Easy Access Account at virtually all ATMs in Australia. If you travel overseas, you can use your Border Bank Visa Debit Card to obtain cash from any of the thousands of ATMs or financial institutions that display the Visa symbol.

You can also find your nearest rediATM by using the free Border Bank App. Simply tap on the ‘Information’ / ‘About’ icon on the home screen, and tap on ‘rediATM / Branches’, then enter in your postcode or suburb.

Online Statements

Apart from helping our environment, accessing your statements online has many benefits, including: Receiving your statements easier, faster and simpler, and viewing and storing statements online.

To register for estatements you will require your security code which you would have received in a past statement with a invitation to register for estatements. If you do not have this letter, please contact our Contact Centre on 132 267. Then click on ‘Register for eStatements’ below.

Visa PayWave

All new Border Bank Visa Debit and Border Bank Visa Credit cards are issued with the Visa PayWave ‘contactless’ payment feature. This allows you to pay for purchases under $100 without swiping, signing, or entering a PIN at participating merchants.

EFTPOS

You can use your Visa Debit Card at any EFTPOS terminal in Australia to purchase goods and services at virtually all retail shops, major stores, petrol stations, etc. Some outlets even let you withdraw extra cash with your purchases.

RediDial

RediDial is our free Telephone Banking product. It’s a convenient service which allows you to access account information anytime. What’s more, you can do it with total security from the convenience of your home or workplace.

Bank@POST™

Bank@POST™ is Australia Post’s personal banking service, the largest banking network in Australia, with facilities at over 3,000 Australia Post outlets around the nation.

You can make withdrawals up to $1,000 per day, deposit cash and cheques (7 working days clearance on cheques deposited). Cheques made out in joint names will not be accepted for deposit through Bank@POST™.

All you need is a personal account with Border Bank and a Visa Card.
