Full Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in and use of the Program. By accessing or using the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as any additional terms provided by CLIQIT or participating Merchants.
1. Program Overview and Eligibility
1.1 The Border Bank rewards program, Badge Benefits (“Program”) is a member benefit initiative offered by Border Bank, a division of Police Bank Ltd. ABN 95 087 650 799. AFSL/Australian Credit Licence No. 240018, (“Border Bank”, “we”, “us”, “our”) as a strategic alliance with CLIQIT, a trading name of RACV Travel and Experiences Pty Ltd (ABN 47 645 025 225) (RTE), as an independent contractor. CLIQIT is not an agent or representative of Border Bank.
1.2 Participation in the Program is only available to Border Bank members in good standing who are aged 18 years or older.
1.3 The Program provides access to discounts, offers and other benefits made available by independent third‑party merchants and suppliers (each a “Merchant”).
1.4 Offers, goods and services are provided by the relevant Merchant and not by Border Bank. Border Bank is not the seller, issuer or provider of any Merchant offer, good or service and does not act as the Merchant’s agent.
2. No Representation or Warranty
2.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Border Bank makes no representation, warranty or guarantee (express or implied) regarding:
(a) the availability, description, price, inclusions, exclusions, quality, fitness for purpose or suitability of any offer, good or service;
(b) the accuracy, completeness or currency of any information provided by CLIQIT, a Merchant or any third party; or
(c) the performance, conduct or solvency of any Merchant.
2.2 Offers may be modified, withdrawn, suspended or subject to blackout dates, capacity constraints and other conditions at any time by the Merchant without notice.
3. Your Dealings with Merchants
3.1 Your participation in an offer and your purchase or use of any goods or services is solely between you and the Merchant and is subject to the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions (including booking, cancellation, refund and dispute policies).
3.2 You are responsible for assessing the suitability of any offer and for complying with all Merchant requirements.

4. Liability and Risk Allocation
4.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Border Bank will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense or liability (including indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, lost revenue or lost profits) arising out of or in connection with:
(a) your access to or use of the Program;
(b) any act, omission, default, failure to deliver, variation, inaccuracy or misrepresentation by CLIQIT or any Merchant; or
(c) any offer, good or service supplied (or not supplied) by a Merchant.
4.2 Without limiting clause 4.1, Border Bank is not liable for any cancellation, delay, overbooking, force majeure event, withdrawal or unavailability of any offer, including travel services, tickets or reservations.
4.3 If Border Bank is liable to you and it is lawful to do so, Border Bank limits its liability to, at its election: (a) resupplying access to the Program; or (b) the cost of resupplying access to the Program.
5. Australian Consumer Law
5.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (including the Australian Consumer Law) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.
5.2 To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
6. Indemnity
6.1 You indemnify Border Bank against any claim, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Program, except to the extent caused by Border Bank’s fraud, negligence or wilful misconduct.
7. Program Content and Changes
7.1 Information about offers is provided by CLIQIT, Merchants or third parties and may change without notice. Border Bank does not guarantee that any particular offer will be available.
7.2 Border Bank may suspend, vary or terminate the Program (in whole or part) at any time without notice.
8. Privacy
8.1 Your participation may require data sharing with CLIQIT and/or Merchants in accordance with the Program’s Privacy Notice, the Border Bank Privacy Policy, and applicable privacy laws. By participating in the Program, you acknowledge and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in these documents. Merchants’ own privacy policies apply to their handling of your personal information.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
