We're here to help

Our thoughts are with communities across NSW as they face damaging rains, rising rivers, and challenging days ahead.

To support affected members, we would like to offer financial assistance to ease the financial burden during this difficult time.

Members can apply for:

  • Loan Repayment Deferrals – Temporary suspension of loan repayments for up to 3–6 months, with interest added to the loan during the deferral period.
  • Reduced Loan Repayments – Lowered repayment amounts for a specified period to help manage immediate financial pressures.
  • Fee Waivers – The waiving of late payment fees, account fees, and early repayment fees for impacted members.

If you are impacted, please reach out; our team are here to support you. Contact us via our Contact Us form and one of our Member Experience Specialists will get back to you or speak to our team at 132 267 8am – 6pm AEST Monday to Friday.
